My Top 10 Favorite Teas from Celestial Seasonings

Updated on January 20, 2015

I Love a Nice Cup of Celestial Seasonings Tea

In the morning, a strong cup of black or green tea is what I need to get me going for my long day at work or school. It's much better for your health to drink tea instead of coffee because of the high levels of antioxidants that it contains.

If I'm feeling stressed while going about my day, nothing is better than a hot cup of tea to relax and maybe have a chat with a friend or family member or take a few minutes for myself to check my Facebook and email. I always carry a few bags of tea and a travel mug with me on the road so I can have a cup easily any time that I want.

And time for bed, but I'm not sleepy and know I'll have a hard time falling asleep? A nighttime herbal tea is just what I need, along with a cuddle with my two cats. My favorite brand of tea is Celestial Seasonings. Celestial Seasonings always brews the perfect cup and you'll never be disappointed. It's quality that you can trust. I know this sounds like I work for the company, but I actually don't! I just love drinking Celestial Seasonings Tea and one of my favorite things is to walk down the tea and coffee aisle at the grocery store and pick out a new flavor to try.

Why don't you try some Celestial Seasonings Tea and see what you think? I think you'll love it too, just like I do. Check out my favorite recommendations for that perfect brew of hot, delicious tea.

This is so delicious...probably my single favorite tea from this company. Vanilla, with a hint of sweetness. It's perfect just on its own. One of my friends from Zimbabwe introduced this to me while she was going to school in Canada, so every time I drink it, I think of her.

Celestial Seasonings: A Story of Passion and People

This is from Celestial Seasoning's Website:

In 1969, a group of passionate young entrepreneurs founded Celestial Seasonings upon the belief that their flavorful, all-natural herbal teas could help people live healthier lives. They harvested fresh herbs from the Rocky Mountains by hand, and then dried, blended and packaged them in hand-sewn muslin bags to be sold at local health food stores. By staying committed to their vision, the founders of Celestial Seasonings turned their cottage industry into an almost overnight success.

Today, Celestial Seasonings is the largest specialty tea manufacturer in North America. We serve more than 1.6 billion cups of tea every year, and we source more than 100 different ingredients from over 35 countries to create our delicious, all-natural herbal, green, red, white, chai and wellness teas. But most importantly, we're still about people and passion.

I remember when I was traveling around Tanzania, one of my favorite things was the tea. Hot, milky, sugary Chai Tea, in abundant quantities, usually in a large thermos. I loved drinking it and actually became thoroughly addicted during my time there. This is the perfect tea for those who like milky chai, just like you buy at Starbucks or like you get in India or Africa. It's very simple to make and anyone can do it. Just heat up some milk, put the bag in a let it steep for 4-5 minutes. Add a bit of sugar or cinnamon if you like and enjoy with a good friend or family member.

I enjoy fruity tea at night after dinner if I want something sweet, but I don't want all the sugar and calories from eating dessert. It's the perfect thing to offer to your friends that come over for dinner.
